Videos look differently on each device, so if you want to make them play well on your smartphone or on a weaker computer, you may want to convert them. An excellent solution is VideoProc, which provides you with a wide range of useful tools. The software can help you make your videos compatible with any device or player, rip DVDs, record video and audio and much more. If you encounter any issues when you try to play videos on certain devices, you can solve them quickly and easily with this piece of software.

You can have VideoProc up and running in under a minute, on any modern Windows platform. You don't have to make any complicated settings along the way, and there is no need to install any special drivers or codecs. The software doesn't require a huge amount of resources, so you can run it on any average PC.

When launched, the application will display a compact panel, with options for converting videos, ripping DVDs, recording and other operations. The same user interface will show up in all cases, but with different options. The video conversion mode encompasses most of the options you will see in VideoProc. You can import multiple videos and add them to a list, play them with an embedded player, and choose an output format in the lower part of the interface.

VideoProc is capable of converting videos between numerous formats. Popular video and audio formats are presented in the lower part of the interface, where you can select the one you want to convert your videos to. Alternatively, if you can't find the one you're looking for, you can add it from a separate window, on which all supported formats are neatly organized by supporting player, device and online service.

The software can process multiple videos in a single run, and it doesn't take long to complete the operation, even if you opt for quality over speed when making your settings. The same conversion capabilities can be employed when you rip DVDs or record.

Regardless of what videos you have and from where, you will be able to play them on anything, with the help of VideoProc.

Pros

You can convert videos to and from any popular format. The software comes with numerous conversion profiles, for various devices and players. It can also rip DVDs and record media.

Cons

There are no serious issues to mention, apart from the trial version's limitations and nag screens.
